He co-founded Times Development Inc. in 1987, which later became Times Group Corporation and has been the recipient of several awards for his and the company's achievements.

Saeid B. Aghaei holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Tehran University, Iran and directs the design, project planning and marketing of the company. He introduces a traditional European aesthetic to the company’s elegant residential projects, and influence acquired from his years developing homes and commercial buildings in France.
