One Hycrest
In
1994, only three construction cranes perforated the skyline of the
Greater Toronto area. Two of them belonged to Times Group Corporation.
New developments in the GTA had come to a standstill, yet Times Group
forged ahead with confidence during uncertain times. The ten-story,
80-unit Hycrest was the only condominium built in North York.
